The PCE-VE 250 digital borescope is a diagnostic tool with a cleaning function. Thanks to this, the digital borescope is ideal for use in mechanical parts and components. Cleaning can be done with compressed air or compressed air with water or detergent. The nozzle through which the water and air come out is located just next to the head of the digital borescope camera, which allows high precision work. Another advantage is the fact that the camera head has lighting to precisely determine the place to be cleaned.

The endoscopic probe has a length of approximately 90 cm, and is semi-rigid, which makes it possible to introduce it into orifices. Cleaning is done by means of a trigger, and can be done with water or detergents. As the cleaning liquid is activated by compressed air, it is possible to clean this mechanical component with just compressed air. The trigger has a valve that opens and closes the fluid supply. To do this, simply turn the valve. If any liquid remains in the probe from previous use, it will be blown out, allowing liquid-free cleaning to be performed.

When diagnosing with the digital borescope, you will be able to store images and videos in a micro SD card. We include in the shipment of the digital boroscope a 4 GB micro SD memory card. The shipment also includes a container for liquids, which you can fill with detergent. The fill level is visible. To use it, a compressed air connection, with a pressure between 6 and 8 bars, is required. The digital borescope is charged via a USB interface in the device itself. A vehicle charger is also provided, allowing it to be charged while on the move. The normal operating time of the charged battery is approximately 4 hours.

The digital borescope has a probe to which you can connect an instrument for lighting and another for cleaning. The lighting instrument is used to adjust the brightness on the screen of the portable device. You can adjust or turn off the lighting. The lighting has three adjustment levels. Unlike the endoscopic probe which has a diameter of 4.5 mm, the diameter of the head is 8.5 mm since it integrates both functions. The endoscopic probe is semi-rigid and, thanks to IP67, it is protected against water, dust and oil.
