The data logging function makes it possible to save the distances measured in the distance meter simply by pressing a button. Saved values ​​can be transferred directly. You can connect the distance meter to a computer, via the micro USB interface, and it will be recognized as external memory. Software is therefore not necessary to read the values ​​of the distance meter. It is thus possible to read the values ​​of the distance meter independently of the operating system of the computer, and to evaluate the values ​​measured with the distance meter in a spreadsheet.
