The weighbridge with the dimensions 1 x 2 m are provided with an additional cage structure for animal weighing. Because the cage can be opened on both sides, the weighbridge can also be used as a passage scale.

A bracket frame connects the two side parts of the cage in such a way that a headroom of 1.8 m is achieved. The weighbridge is made of powder-coated steel and is equipped with four IP68-protected stainless steel weighing cells. The step height on the non-slip, ribbed weighing surface is only 10 cm.

The weighbridge is operated via an internally installed rechargeable battery, which allows an operating time of up to 25 hours. In battery operation, thanks to the direct mounting of the display unit on the cage of the weighbridge, there are no tripping hazards caused by cables. With a digit height of 28 mm, the displayed weighing values ​​can also be read well from a distance. In the case of restless animals, the weighbridge can use the animal weighing function to filter out the movements of the animal. The USB interface enables the weighing values ​​to be transferred directly to a PC.
