The PCE-SDL 1 USB noise analyzer detects noise levels between 30 and 130 dB and stores them in the internal memory. This compact and robust USB noise analyzer in mini format, with a large memory (up to a maximum of 129920 data registers), is mainly used for extended register in many different sectors. The device works as a stand-alone recorder that records all noise levels in the desired time frame. You can transmit all values to a computer or laptop at any time. Data storage can be done directly from the PC, or you can set it so that the USB noise analyzer starts storing with an in situ time shift.
Once the values have been transmitted, you can analyze them on the computer. In addition, the software included in the delivery performs a graphical representation of the process. The software also allows the setting of alarm limits. An LED light flashes when these limit values are exceeded. The internal clock with date allows the user to accurately assign results. A special feature is that this USB noise analyzer is powered by an internal durable 3.6 V lithium battery. Depending on usage, the battery life is approximately one year. The tripod connection and wall bracket also allow data logging for an extended period with the USB sound level meter.
