The cable tester is an accurate and fast multifunctional instrument. It is used to measure the length of cables already laid or on a reel. The cable tester allows the measurement of lengths up to 3000 m thanks to a time dimension reflectometry. The cable tester includes 20 predefined cable types. You can also store up to 99 cable types. The information can be saved and then reused as needed. The integrated technology also makes it possible to measure the length of relatively short cables. The minimum cable length to be able to be measured is 5 m.

To increase the autonomy, the cable tester has an automatic shutdown which, by default, turns it off after 10 minutes of inactivity. The user can individually set the automatic switch-off in 10 minute intervals. The cable tester has a color TFT display with backlight which makes it easy to read the values.
