This thickness gauge is a compact device for measuring thickness on metals, glasses and homogeneous plastics. The thickness gauge works with an external ultrasonic sensor which allows the waves to penetrate the object to be measured. As the speed of sound propagation varies according to the materials, it is necessary to configure the speed of propagation of the ultrasound in the thickness gauge to obtain reliable measurement results.

Thanks to this thickness gauge you will be able to detect in a few seconds the wall thickness of a homogeneous material. The use of this thickness gauge is simple, its interface is intuitive and its keyboard is composed of only 7 keys. You can calibrate the meter in situ thanks to the built-in calibration block. All measured values ​​can be transmitted and analyzed with the optional software. In addition, the software offers you the possibility of exporting the data to spreadsheet software, such as Excel. As an option, you can request an ISO calibration certificate for this thickness gauge.
